Lego Legend of Zelda Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 is now available

Lego’s range of sets based on Nintendo properties has grown yet bigger, with the arrival of the Great Deku Tree 2-in-1. It’s not cheap, but it’s bound to be desirable for avid fans of The Legend of Zelda, being a striking collectible of an iconic element of the much-loved game series.
The real selling point of the Lego Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 is given away in its title: it’s actually two sets in one. Old-school gamers can choose to build the Ocarina of Time version of the Great Deku Tree if they wish. And more modern gamers might want to build the Breath of the Wild version. Whichever version is built, there’s an appropriately-dressed Link minifigure to match it.
Consisting of 2,500 pieces, the Lego Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 is a sizeable set aimed at adults. And at a price of £259.99, it’s likely not going to be bought with pocket money. It is an impressive-looking set, though. We think it will look great on a shelf or desk among a Zelda fan’s other valued collectibles.
Exclusive to Lego, you can either buy it from one the physical stores dotted around the world, or online. Disappointingly, there’s no gift-with-purchase available with it, so you might want to wait until there’s a generic one available. Or maybe you’d rather wait until there’s a double Insiders points event. It’s up to you.
