Walmart Has Leaked Three New LEGO Star Wars Sets

As spotted by Brickset, US retail giant Walmart has leaked three upcoming LEGO Star Wars sets by uploading images to its website too early.

The three sets spotted as part of the leak are 75304 Darth Vader Helmet, 75305 Scout Trooper Helmet and 75306 Imperial Probe Droid.

The two helmet sets follow in the same vein as the Stormtrooper, Boba Fett and TIE Fighter Pilot helmets we saw last year. Although while they (and the separate Iron Man helmet) all had the same price tag of £54.99/$59.99, Walmart’s pricing suggests that these may deviate somewhat. Darth Vader Helmer is listed at $69.99 (likely £60-£65) while the Scout Trooper is listed at $49.99 (likely £40-£45). The difference in piece counts may explain the price difference: Darth Vader is 834 pieces and the Scout Trooper is 471 pieces. Previous sets in the range were between 600-700 pieces.

As for the Imperial Probe Droid, it comes mounted on a stand along with a UCS-style informational plaque. It’s likely part of the range that brought us other Star Wars drones such as BB-8 and D-0. This has 683 pieces and has a price tag of $59.99 (likely £50-£55).

There are no release dates for the sets, but since Walmart had already taken the steps to publish them on its website (though they appear to now have been pulled), it’s safe to assume we’ll see them within the next few weeks.
