LEGO Has Officially Unveiled its Succulents and Orchid Sets

Best Cheap LEGO Sets for Adults

We wrote about them last week, but LEGO has now officially lifted the lid on its upcoming Botanicals sets. LEGO 10309 Succulents and LEGO 10311 Orchid are both releasing on 1st May. And if you’re a fan of LEGO’s plant life range, you’ll likely be very excited about these two. We are.

Let’s take a better look at each of them, shall we?

LEGO 10311 Orchid

  • RRP £44.99
  • 608 pieces
  • Age 18+

The LEGO Orchid looks beautiful. Its flowers are striking, and we also love that it includes a brick-built pot. The slate blue colour of the pot complements the green and pink nicely. If you’ve got a space on your windowsill or on a shelf in your living room, this is going to look fantastic. Pre-orders are open now at LEGO.com.

LEGO 10309 Succulents

  • RRP £44.99
  • 771 pieces
  • Age 18+

The LEGO Succulents set might be our favourite of all the Botanicals sets so far. The mix of colours and shapes here is truly stunning – from a distance we’re not sure we’d even be able to tell it’s made out of LEGO! This is a build that can be enjoyed with multiple people; thanks to its 3 instruction booklets, up to 3 people can build it together. We love communal LEGO projects. Read more about it on LEGO.com.

Kim has loved Lego since she was a kid, but didn't get back into the plastic bricks until her late 20s. In the last several years that love has become an obsession, and Lego has taken over her house, and her life! When she's not building Lego, she's likely to be playing video games or writing about them: she's also the co-owner of GameSpew.com. You'll also find her work over on Space and LiveScience.
