LEGO Has Revealed its Star Wars Day Plans

Star Wars Day is 4th May (as in ‘May the 4th Be With You’) and, as has become an annual tradition, LEGO will be hosting a special event to celebrate. Running from 1st May, LEGO stores and LEGO.com will be giving away free gifts, providing double points to VIPs and offering special VIP rewards in the Reward Centre. If you’re a LEGO Star Wars fan, then, it’s a great time to add a new set to your collection.

The event coincides with the launch of the new UCS, LEGO Star Wars Luke Skywalker’s Landspeeder, which was just announced today. It’ll become available on 1st May for VIPs, and purchasing it on that date will net you no less than three free gifts.

Here are the three gifts with purchases available during LEGO’s Star Wars Day Celebrations:

Lars Family Homestead Kitchen – available with LEGO Star Wars purchases over £160

Mandalorian Keyring (VIP exclusive) – available with LEGO Star Wars purchases over £70

Miniature AT-ST – available with LEGO Star Wars purchases over £40

And so, if you’re a VIP and spend more than £160 on LEGO Star Wars stuff, you’ll get all three gifts. Handily, the new Landspeeder is £174.99, meaning you’ll qualify for all the free gifts.

Alongside the free gifts, all LEGO Star Wars purchases will net you double VIP points. That means for every £100 spent you’ll get roughly £10 back, instead of the usual £5. There’ll also be an exclusive VIP Sweepstake, to win some signed goodies, and time-limited rewards available in the Rewards Centre.

All free gifts and Double VIP Points are available from 1st May until 8th May. It’s likely that stock of the free gifts may run out though, so we’d recommend making your purchase as close to the beginning of the promotion as possible so you don’t miss out.
