Lego Tuxedo Cat faces off against a real tuxedo cat
Mortal Kombcat!
Which is better, Lego’s Tuxedo Cat or a real tuxedo cat? There’s only way to find out.. fight! Harry Hill jokes aside, that’s exactly what happened when one Lego fan introduced their tuxedo cat to a Lego Ideas Tuxedo Cat 21349 set.
It’s not the only cat-based Lego set; Lego’s Chinese New Year line-up includes a feline offering. But it’s the most realistic looking Lego moggy out there and it’s that aspect that YouTuber 2in1 Bricking’s cat appears to have taken offence to.
2in1 Bricking set the Lego Tuxedo Cat set down, fully built, in the middle of their lounge, and waited for the fireworks to happen. The video itself is just 35 seconds long but it shows their flesh-and-blood cat unleashing its furry fury on the set.
Or.. is it? Because as cat owners will know, there can be a fine line between playfighting and real fighting. The mog flops before pawing the Lego impostor, which, to me, suggests play. But its tails is also pretty fluffed up, which implies the opposite. Honestly, it’s hard to know what’s going on a moggy’s mind.
You can watch the video above and get your own Lego Tuxedo Cat from Lego’s website. And if you do have a real cat, I’d recommend you don’t leave the set on a high shelf – ‘accidents’ happen.
