Need a hand? Lego’s Wednesday Thing’s Apartment set is available for pre-order
Lego adds a new set to its Wednesday range, Thing’s Apartment and you can even ‘paint’ his nails.
If you’re a fan of The Addams Family, you can’t go wrong with Netflix’s Wednesday series, now on its second series. We’re not happy that it’s been split into three chunks, but it’s a great watch. Now, sentient hand Thing is getting a look in as Lego adds Wednesday Thing’s Apartment 76785 to its Wednesday range of sets.
The scale is a little off, since Enid is smaller than Thing, but we’re sure this set’s intended audience won’t mind. It’s an undeniably cool set which, folded up, looks like a regular, if old fashioned, travelling trunk. 13 cm high, 23 cm wide and 11 cm deep.
But when you open it up, it reveals Thing’s homestead, complete with all the amenities you could want as a severed hand. There’s a bathroom, a bed, a hot tub, and much, much more. Thing himself is included, alongside an Enid minifigure. You can even ‘paint’ Thing’s nails and add nail stickers, for special occasions.
The set is for builders aged 10+ but there’s some serious play potential for younger children too. It’s made up of 828 pieces and, priced at £74.99, it won’t break the bank. We still think Wednesday and Enid’s dorm room is the best out of all the range, but this comes a close second.
