Merge sci-fi franchises with this alternate Lego Millenium Falcon Alien build
Want to breathe new life into your Lego Millennium Falcon? This alternate Lego build turns it into the Nostromo from Alien.

Disney, owner of Marvel, Fox and Lucasfilm, doesn’t shy away from crossovers. We’ve recently seen both Wolverine and Spider-Man taking on the Predator, and the Avengers went toe-to-toe with the Alien. However, we’ve still to get an official Star Wars/Alien crossover, which is where this cool Lego Millennium Falcon alternate Alien build comes in.
If you’re new to alternate builds, you’re missing out on a whole world of wonder. The way it works is you buy, or already own, a set and, typically using just the parts from that set, you can create a whole new model. Rebrickable’s Alternate Builds section boasts many options, and it’s there that you’ll find Brad Barber aka Creation Caravan’s brilliant Alien/Millennium Falcon MOC.
Let’s face it, Lego may have given us Lego Jaws, but it’s unlikely they’d tangle with a franchise where creatures gnaw their way out of their victims’ torso. So this build gives us the next best thing, a seriously screen accurate model of the Nostromo, the ship from the original Alien. It’s a seriously cool build and we can’t imagine the work that went into getting this right.
Even better, we’re not talking about one of the bigger Millennium Falcon sets. This alternate build makes use of the smaller, sub-£80 Lego Star Wars Millennium Falcon 75375 set. You will have to purchase Creation Caravan’s instructions from Rebrickable, but at $7.00 we think it’s worth it.
This isn’t the only alternate Lego Alien build out there. You can also transform a cute Easter bunny in to a Facehugger, though that does require two sets to get it right.
