LEGO 10299 Real Madrid – Santiago Bernabeú Stadium
- RRP £309.99
- 5,876 pieces
- Age 18+
The third LEGO football stadium is almost here, and this time it’s the home ground of Real Madrid. It’s the biggest of the stadiums yet, with a higher piece count than Old Trafford and Camp Nou – but that also means it comes with the highest price tag, too. Still, it’s a wonderful replica of the ground, with lots of little details inside, including the iconic patterned pitch and the tunnels. You can read more about it here.
LEGO 10298 Vespa 125
- RRP £89.99
- 1,106 pieces
- Age 18+
Here’s another classic Italian vehicle, which should sit quite nicely next to your LEGO Fiat 500. A 1960s Vespa 125, complete with working steering and a kickstand. It comes in a rare pastel blue colour, too, which should appeal to most LEGO collectors even if a brick-built Vespa doesn’t. You can read more about it here.
LEGO Technic 42141 McLaren Formula 1 Race Car
- RRP £159.99
- 1,432 pieces
- Age 18+
There’s nothing quite as iconic as a Formula 1 car, and we can’t wait to get our hands on this Technic McLaren. It’s eye-catching thanks to its bold colour scheme – the McLaren team colours, funnily enough, and packs in a lot of detail. For Technic and race car fans, this is surely a must-have. You can read more about it here.
LEGO Technic 42140 App-Controlled Transformation Vehicle
- RRP £114.99
- 772 pieces
- Age 9+
Another app-controlled vehicle is coming! This looks like an updated version of an earlier Transformation vehicle, but one that uses the app rather than its own controller. As much as we miss individual controllers, there is something to be said about the ease of using your phone and not needing to find those extra batteries. The App-Controller Transformation Vehicle is designed to be able to flip over and continue moving thanks to its track tyres.
LEGO Technic 42139 All-Terrain Vehicle
- RRP £64.99
- 764 pieces
- Age 10+
Now this is a great, chunky Technic vehicle for those who aren’t bothered about power functions. For almost half the price of the App-Controlled set above, you’ve got a vehicle with just as many pieces – and a lot more character. In our opinion anyway. This ATV come with six chunky wheels, steering functionality, moving pistons, and a tipping cargo bed filled with logs.
LEGO Technic 42136 John Deere 9620R 4WD Tractor
- RRP £24.99
- 390 pieces
- Age 8+
When it comes to farming equipment, is there anything quite as iconic as the green and yellow of a John Deere tractor? This may be on the smaller side of Technic sets, but it packs in a lot of detail, and for our money it makes the perfect starting place for a youngster looking to get into Technic.
LEGO Technic 42133 Telehandler
- RRP £8.99
- 143 pieces
- Age 7+
We find that the Technic budget sets are often excellent value; the builds are small, but they’re involved enough that they provide a good hour or two of building time – especially when you consider many of them are 2-in-1. This one can also be turned into a little tow truck.
LEGO Art 31204 Elvis Presley “The King”
- RRP £104.99
- 3,445 pieces
- Age 18+
Elvis fans, unite! The King is getting the LEGO treatment, with this LEGO Art set featuring an iconic image of Elvis Presley. Three iconic images, actually, as it can be built one of three ways. We’re very happy to see the LEGO Art series expanding.
LEGO Art 31205 Jim Lee Batman Collection
- RRP £104.99
- 4,167 pieces
- Age 18+
We are already obsessed with LEGO Art 31205 and we haven’t even got our hands on it yet. The Jim Lee Batman Collection can be built on its own in three ways: as Batman, Joker or Harley Quinn. Or if you buy multiple of the sets you can make larger DC-themed pictures, too. It’s perhaps the best-looking Art set yet, particularly if you’re a Batman fan. Read more about it here.
LEGO Marvel 76209 Thor’s Hammer
- RRP £104.99
- 979 pieces
- 1 minifigure (Thor)
- Age 18+
We think this one is a little pricey, but it is a rather large set, and it’s pretty eye-catching too. Just don’t mistake it for a real hammer, because we don’t think the bricks will withstand being whacked against something! It’s a nifty replica of Thor’s hammer, complete with hidden compartments inside to store a Thor minifig and a teeny-tiny Infinity Gauntlet. Read more about it here.
LEGO Star Wars 75326 Boba Fett’s Throne Room
- 732 pieces
- £89.99
- 7 minifigures (Boba Fett, Fennec Shand, Bib Fortuna, Theelin dancer, Quarren, Gamorrean guard, Weequay guard)
- Age 9+
We’re not sure this set is quite worth £90, but we do like the look of it nonetheless. This is certainly more of a playset than a display set, featuring a pop-up ejection function (!) on the throne, tilting steps, a hidden treasure compartment and more.
LEGO Star Wars 75343 Dark Trooper
- RRP £54.99
- 693 pieces
- Age 18+
If you’re a fan of the Dark Side, this one is for you. Dark Troopers have appeared primarily in The Mandalorian, though they make a formidable enemy force, and we’re looking forward to adding this one to our growing LEGO Star Wars bust collection.
LEGO Star Wars 75327 Luke Skywalker (Red Five)
- RRP £54.99
- 675 pieces
- Age 18+
Here’s a helmet that needs no introduction – it’s almost as iconic as the Star Wars franchise itself. It’s a shame there’s a lot of empty space, but this is still one cool-looking model.
LEGO Star Wars 75328 The Mandalorian
- RRP £54.99
- 584 pieces
- Age 18+
The newest hero to win us over in the Star Wars series is, of course, The Mandalorian. LEGO has doubled down on Mando-themed sets, ranging from The Armorer’s Forge to a model of Grogu (aka ‘Baby Yoda’). And so the iconic Mandalorian helmet is fitting. We can almost hear his gruff voice coming from inside it.
LEGO Star Wars 75324 Dark Trooper Attack
- RRP £24.99
- 166 pieces
- Age 8+
- 4 minifigures
Remember the scene in season two of The Mandalorian when Luke Skywalker goes up against a corridor full of Dark Troopers? Well, this set recreates that scene. There’s not a whole lot to look at, though the elevator Luke appears from revolves, which is rather cool.
LEGO Harry Potter 76398 Hogwarts Hospital Wing
- RRP £44.99
- 510 pieces
- Age 8+
- 4 minifigs
Expand your Hogwarts Castle with this magical hospital wing. Inside the hospital is three beds, a screen, and Madam Poppy Pomfrey’s pushing cart, filled with potions and candy. Of course, a minifig of Madam Poppy Pomfrey is also included, as well as minifigs of Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Harry Potter. You might want to keep Ron in bed though, so his injured leg can heal. Perhaps the most eye-catching part of this set is the included clock-tower, which looks fantastic.
LEGO Harry Potter 76397 Hogwarts Moment: Defence Class
- RRP £24.99
- 257 pieces
- Age 8+
- 3 minifigures
This fun little playbook opens up to reveal a magical classroom where Neville Longbottom and Hermione Granger can learn to defend themselves from a world of danger – with Med-Eye Moody leading the class, of course. While some elements are built in, such as the shelves, others like the blackboard, desks and chairs are detached, so you can arrange them how you please. Needless to say, young Harry Potter fans will be able to have a lot of fun with this – then be able to pack it away for safe keeping.
LEGO Harry Potter 76396 Hogwarts Moment: Divination Class
- RRP £24.99
- 297 pieces
- Age 8+
- 3 minifigures
Another playbook, another class where important lessons can be learned. This time it’s all about Divination, so you can expect to discover a rather opulent classroom complete with a crystal ball. Along with the usual contents – a desk, a chair, etc – you’ll also find three minifigs: Professor Trelawney, Harry Potter and Parvati Patil. Those of you who have taken Divination classes will of course have seen this coming.
LEGO Harry Potter 76399 Hogwarts Magical Trunk
- RRP £54.99
- 603 pieces
- Age 8+
- 5 minifigures
Hogwarts Magical Trunk is a customisable set which can be built in any of the four Hogwarts House colours – or with your own design. The chest opens up to reveal a dormitory, a classroom or, well, whatever you decide to build. It looks to be a fun set for younger Harry Potter fans.
LEGO BrickHeadz 40548 Spice Girls Tribute
- RRP £44.99
- 578 pieces
- Age 10+
I’ll tell you want I want, what I really, really want. Yeah I’ll tell you want I want, what I really, really want. I really, really, really want a… set of LEGO BrickHeadz themed on the 90s-era Spice Girls.
LEGO BrickHeadz 40550 Chip & Dale
- RRP £17.99
- 226 pieces
- Age 10+
Just how adorable is this brick-built pair? Disney’s Chip and Dale have been around for the best part of 30 years, but they’re still just as cute as ever. LEGO has perfectly captured each of them in brick form here.
LEGO Speed Champions 76910 Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro and Aston Martin Vantage GT3
- RRP £34.99
- 592 pieces
- Age 9+

Finally – a new range of Speed Champions sets are on their way. This one features two super-cool looking Aston Martin cars complete with co-ordinating liveries. There’s a driver minifig for each car, too.

- RRP £34.99
- 564 pieces
- Age 9+
- Two minifigures
Next up is a pair of very different, but equally cool, Mercedes-AMG vehicles. We’ve got a Formula 1 car and a Project One supercar, both with their own stickers and minifigure drivers.
LEGO Speed Champions 76906 1970 Ferrari 512 M
- RRP £17.99
- 291 pieces
- Age 8+
- One minifigure
When it comes to cars, is there really anything more iconic than a classic Ferrari? This 1970 Ferrari 512 M looks fantastic; a true replica of the real thing, just in tiny form.
LEGO Speed Champions 76908 Lamborghini Countach
- RRP £17.99
- 262 pieces
- Age 8+
- One minifigure
Only slightly behind the Ferrari in on the iconic-ness scale if the Lamborghini Countach. A LEGO Lambo might be the only kind most of us will ever own, but at least it’s a great-looking one. The model has captured the angles of the car perfectly.
LEGO Speed Champions 76907 Lotus Evija
- RRP £17.99
- 247 pieces
- Age 8+
- One minifigure
We love the classic racing green colour of this Locus Evija. Could you imagine it being any other colour? The yellow accents really finish it off, too.
LEGO Dots 41952 Big Message Board
- RRP £34.99
- 943 pieces
- Age 8+
We’re a little bit obsessed with this Dots Big Message Board. It includes four 16×16 places which can be arranged however you see fit: maybe a square sign, or an extra-long one. And thanks to the included hook pieces, you can hang your finished piece up on the wall wherever you like. Maybe you need a sign for the office, or the kids need a door sign for the bedroom. Or maybe you want to create a custom piece of art for the kitchen? The possibilities are endless.
LEGO Dots 41949 Bag Tags Mega Pack – Messaging
- RRP £24.99

LEGO Dots 41950 Lots of Dots – Lettering
- RRP £17.99
- 722 pieces
- Age 6+
We’ve already had a Lots of Dots box before, but this one focuses on tiles that can be used for lettering. There’s a lot of flat, shiny tiles and curves, perfect for carving out the alphabet. And for £17.99 for that many bricks? An absolute bargain, if you ask us.
LEGO Dots 41951 Message Board
- RRP £17.99
- 531 pieces
- Age 6+
This is like the Big Message Board but, uh, not big. It instead comes with two 16×16 boards to create your own signs on, so still fairly sizable. And half the price. It also comes in one of those super-handy plastic trays for sorting your pieces into.
LEGO City 60351 Rocket Launch Center
- £124.99
- Age 7+
- 1,010 pieces
- 6 minifigures
Replacing an older LEGO City rocket set, this latest is inspired by NASA’s own Artemis rocket, adding a bit of STEM realism to play. It comes with some buildings, and plenty of accessories to make a fun space-themed playset. It is, however, the most expensive LEGO City set to be launching in March 2022.
LEGO City 60350 Lunar Research Base
- £89.99
- Age 7+
- 786 pieces
- 6 minifigures
As far as LEGO Space sets go, this might be one of the funkiest we’ve seen in a while. It’s expensive for what it is, at £90, but it’s a very striking-looking set all the same.
LEGO City 60348 Lunar Roving Vehicle
- RRP £24.99
- Age 6+
- 275 pieces

LEGO Duplo 10970 Fire Station & Helicopter
- £79.99
- Age 2+
- 117 pieces
- 2 figures
Here’s one for the tiniest of LEGO fans. This chunky fire station comes complete with a fire engine and a helicopter – and the fire station itself has a slide. Much more fun than a real fire station, we’re sure. There are working lights and sound function, and the fire engine has push-and-go functionality, too.
LEGO Duplo 10959 Police Station & Helicopter
- £44.99
- Age 2+
- 40 pieces

Forget about the police station, the helicopter, the car, and the police officers. Just look at that adorable bulldog! We’re sold on that alone.
LEGO Duplo 10968 Doctor Visit
- RRP £17.99
- Age 2+
- 34 pieces
- Three figures
We’re just really hoping that’s not supposed to be a real polar bear inside that doctor’s office, because otherwise we have some very real concerns about the safety of that patient…
LEGO Duplo 10967 Police Motorcycle
- RRP £8.99
- Age 2+
- 5 pieces
- One figure
This one’s an addition to the police station that we’ve written about above. There’s not much to show for that £8.99 price tag, but there’s another one of those adorable dogs included.
LEGO Disney Princess 42307 Ariel’s Underwater Palace
- £74.99
- Age 6+
- 498 pieces

Under the sea! This Little Mermaid set will surely be a hit with any Disney fan. The Palace itself looks wonderful too, with bright colours and lots of neat details.
LEGO Disney 42309 Elsa and the Nokk’s Ice Stable
- RRP £12.99

- 53 pieces
- 1 mini-doll and a horse
Who doesn’t love Frozen? Several years since the film’s release, it’s still just as popular as ever, and so we’re sure this little Frozen-themed set will go down a treat with youngers. That crystal horse is certainly a selling point.
LEGO Friends 41709 Vacation Beach House
- RRP £59.99
- Age 7+
- 686 pieces
- 4 mini-dolls
There’s one thing that LEGO Friends sets have going for them: they’re delightfully colourful. This Vacation Beach House is no different, with walls all the colours of the rainbow. LEGO Friends 41694 Pet Clinic Ambulance
- RRP £8.99
- Age 4+

- 2 mini-dolls
More pets? Okay, we think we see a pattern forming here. This one allows you to buy a pet ambulance – which makes a nice accompaniment to the existing Pet Clinic sets. Of course, there’s another adorbs doggo included.
LEGO Classic 11019 Bricks and Functions
- RRP £24.99
- Age 5+
- 500 pieces
Just because LEGO focuses a lot on its range of sets for adults these days, it doesn’t mean it hasn’t forgotten its roots. It’ll still bring a new Classic box of bricks to market every so often. This one looks particularly great as it includes a series of cogs to allow kids to make some moving parts. And £25 for 500 pieces? You don’t get that sort of value anywhere else!
LEGO Classic 11018 Creative Ocean Fun

This is a great little variety set for just £8.99 – perhaps the best value we’ve seen in a Classic box, actually. The ideas on the box feature cute monsters, but you can build whatever you want.
LEGO Creator 31127 Street Racer
- RRP £17.99
- 258 pieces
- Age 7+
You can build three different types of car out of this 3-in-1: a street racer, a hot rod and a Formula-1 style car. Pretty nifty, for the price of a Speed Champions (though, of course it forgoes any official licensing).
LEGO Creator 31126 Supersonic Jet
- RRP £17.99
- 215 pieces
- Age 7+
This jet actually reminds us of a larger Creator 3-in-1 jet that released some years ago. This particular one can be turned into a helicopter or speed boat too. What’s particularly neat is that it also comes with a stand for the jet to rest on. A really nice touch, LEGO.
LEGO Creator 31125 Fantasy Forest Creatures
- RRP £12.99
- 175 pieces
- Age 7+
We’re not sure why these creatures are purple, but we love them nonetheless. It can be made into an owl with a hedgehog, a deer and a rabbit, or a squirrel. We’re tempted to buy three sets so we can build them all at once.
LEGO Creator 31123 Off-Road Buggy
- RRP £12.99
- 160 pieces
- Age 7+
This Off-Road Buggy can also be turned into a small digger and an ATV. It’s a great starter build for younger LEGO fans, and we’re digging the all-green colour scheme.
LEGO Creator 31128 Dolphin and Turtle
- RRP £8.99
- 137 pieces
- Age 6+
How cute is this? You can build a Finding Nemo-worthy dolphin and turtle duo if you want, or opt for a fish or a seahorse. Or buy three sets and build the lot – when it’s only £8.99, it’s a valid option.
