We’re getting a Lego Inside Out 2 set on 1st May
To coincide with Disney-Pixar’s release of Inside Out 2, we’re getting a Lego set. Called Inside Out 2 Mood Cubes, it’s a set of decorated cubes sporting characters from the movies that can be flipped around to display your current mood. A useful tool for letting people around us know how we feel — or just a very neat model? That’s entirely up to you!
Lego Disney Inside Out 2 Mood Cubes will be out on 1st May and it will cost £29.99. The set is made up of 394 pieces, comes with 9 customisable mood plates and two character models from Inside Out 2: Joy and Anxiety. Since this is a Disney set, you’re getting Friends-style mini-dolls rather than minifigures, but they’re adorable nonetheless.
The plates can be built up in any way you’d like with the idea being to represent your own moods. It’s clear the now-defunct Lego Dots range has been a big inspiration here, and it’s nice to see the theme still alive and well, even if its under another guise.
Looking at the pictures, it also looks like the Mood Cubes come with Inside Out 2-themed stickers, that can be applied to the cubes however you want.
