A Giant LEGO Marvel Guardians’ Ship is Coming on 1st June
It’s almost 2,000 pieces and is 60cm wide.
This 1st June might just be the biggest new set drop LEGO has ever done, as new sets are sneaking into the lineup on a daily basis. Without any fanfare, a 1,901-piece LEGO Marvel The Guardians’ Ship has appeared on LEGO’s website. And of course, it’s set to launch on 1st June.
It’s part of a new range of Infinity Saga sets, with several more also dropping on 1st June, though this is the biggest and most impressive we’ve seen so far.
LEGO Marvel 76193 The Guardians’ Ship is marketed as a ’14+’ set, which is an unusual age range. We’re a little surprised it’s not an ’18+’ set, considering it comes with a brick-built stand, so it’s more of a display piece than a playset.
It comes with six minifigures: Star-Lord, Groot, Rocket, Mantis, Thor and a Chitauri warrior. When it’s built, the Guardians’ Ship is 59cm wide, 36cm long and 25cm high.
It’s priced at £134.99, which feels rather reasonable given the size of it. We’re not sure yet if it’ll be exclusive to LEGO or available at third party retailers.
See more pictures below. We’ll be back later, when we’ve finished weeping over how expensive 1st June is going to be.
