LEGO Ideas 21329 Fender Stratocaster

Are you ready to rock? I said, ARE YOU READY TO ROCK? You will be come 1st October, when LEGO releases the next LEGO Ideas set: a brick-built Fender Stratocaster.

Okay, so unlike the LEGO Piano you’re not actually going to be able to play a tune with this thing. But just look at it. It’s glorious – a wonderful display piece for any musician, or simply anyone with a fondness for rock music. Not only do you get to build the guitar itself – with either a red or a black body – but you also get a stand, a guitar strap and an amp. Together, the whole thing looks fantastic.

The set is a result of the LEGO Ideas ‘Music to Our Ears‘ content, which was held last year. It’s based on LEGO Ideas user TOMOELL’s ‘Legendary Stratocaster‘ design which, although did not win the contest, was chosen to be brought to market. And here it is.

The LEGO Ideas 21329 Fender Stratocaster is made up of 1,074 pieces and, unsurprisingly, is an 18+ branded set. It’s 36cm long, 11cm wide and 3cm deep – so it’s not quite big enough to play, but it’s the perfect size to display on your desk.

It’ll cost £89.99 when it comes to stores on 1st October. Click here to read more about it on LEGO’s website, and see more images below.
