Harry Potter LEGO Art is Coming in January

LEGO Art Harry Potter

LEGO unveiled its new ‘Art’ range this summer, with Star Wars, Marvel, The Beatles and Andy Warhol designs being available so far. More are on the way though, and today LEGO has unveiled a LEGO Art Harry Potter Hogwarts Crests set, coming to retail on 1st January.

It’s just one set, but like the others, it can be built in multiple ways. This time, there are four configurations; one crest for each of Hogwarts’ four houses.

LEGO Art Harry Potter Hogwarts Crests contains 4,249 pieces, but you’ll never need to use all of them in one build. As with the others, it contains enough pieces to build anyone of the four options. Each one is made up of completely different colours, so you’ll have a lot of unused pieces when you’re finished.

If you purchase all four, you can combine them to create one extra-large and impressive Hogwarts crest. It’s pictured at the top of this article – and it looks fantastic. But it’s very pricy; each set costs £110, so you’ll need to fork out £440 if you want to build it.

As before, the set also contains access to a specially-recorded podcast. This time, it offers a behind-the-scenes look at the Wizarding World films and features stories from several people involved in the creation of the films.

What do you think to the new LEGO Art set? It’s sure to be a winner with any Harry Potter fan. We love the combined crest, but each single design is perhaps not the most striking. Still, it’s nice to see LEGO continuing this new 18+ brand, and we look forward to seeing what else comes throughout 2021.
