A LEGO Botanical Collection Has Been Leaked, Launching 2021
There’s Flower Bouquet and Bonsai Tree, both aimed at adult builders.
A LEGO Flower Bouquet and Bonsai Tree, both part of an upcoming LEGO Botanical Collection range aimed at adults, have been revealed. The sets were listed on the website of Polish toy retailer Bonito, and shared by Brickset. We’re waiting for official confirmation from LEGO, but it’s safe to say these sets are real and are arriving at some point in 2021.
LEGO is moving more and more into 18+ sets aimed at adult hobbyists, and we couldn’t be happier about it. The Botanical Collection sets both look beautiful, and we can’t wait to find out more about them.
LEGO 10280 Flower Bouquet is, well, a literal flower bouquet. It looks like you’ll need to supply your own vase to display them in – just like a real bouquet. There’s seven larger flowers here, and a few bunches of smaller flowers, along with leaves. They’re all displayed on brick-built stems. There’s 756 pieces altogether. It’ll likely be a delicate build, but one which looks really effective.
According to Bonito.pl, it’s set to retail at 229.99 Polish Zloty, which is around £45.
The next set from the Botanical Collection that has been leaked is LEGO 10281 Bonsai Tree. Made up of 878 pieces, it’s a realistic-looking bonsai tree displayed in a black dish upon a brick-built wooden pedestal. It looks really striking.
The Bonsai Tree is listed at the same price on Bonito.pl – so around £45.
Now that news of the sets is out in the wild, we don’t think we’ll have to wait too long until LEGO confirm them. We’ll update when they do.
