We’ve been pondering for some time whether or not LEGO would keep the Brick Sketches range around. First introduced two years ago, we’ve only had a handful of these budget-priced art display sets. And with the last two – Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse – releasing almost a year ago, we feared LEGO may have scrapped the theme altogether. But no: we’re happy to announced that LEGO has just revealed two new Brick Sketches. Iron Man and Miles Morales will be hitting shops on 1st April.
Let’s take a look at them, shall we?
LEGO Brick Sketches 40535 Iron Man

We’re not sure if it’s just the angle of the picture but LEGO Brick Sketches 40535 Iron Man looks a little more 3D than previous sets in the series. It’s also super eye-catching, with Iron Man’s signature red-and-gold colouring jumping off the blue background. We just hope that LEGO does more of the Avengers to sit alongside him (please!). LEGO Brick Sketches 40536 Miles Morales

Miles Morales, rather than a standard Spider-Man face, is a weird choice, but we’re absolutely down for it. LEGO has captured Miles perfectly, from the unmistakable Spider-Man-shaped eyes, tight down to his red, baggy hood. His hoodie even has toggles! We love it. And we also love the teal colour that LEGO has opted for in the background. See more images at LEGO.com.
