Psst, Until Midnight Tonight Your LEGO VIP Points Are Worth More

Thanks to a snafu earlier this week in an email sent out to LEGO VIP members, the VIP points cost of discount vouchers has been reduced. But only until 11.59pm BST tonight. So if you have some LEGO VIP points to spend, it might be worth jumping onto the VIP Rewards Center and getting yourself some discounted vouchers.

Typically, a £5 off voucher costs 800 points. But currently, it’s only 650 points. That discount carries across £20, £50 and £100 vouchers too, making your hard-earned VIP points go that bit further.

Why the discount? Well, it seems an email sent out to LEGO VIP members earlier this week stated the incorrect points values for discount rewards. And so LEGO is honouring what was communicated, although incorrect, by discounting the points values for a short amount of time.

So: if you have points to use up, get them claimed. 2,600 points can currently net you £20, and 6,500 points will get you £50 to spend in-store or online at LEGO.com. Claiming now will give you a voucher you can use for 60 days, so no need to use it straight away, either.
