LEGO Muppets Minifigures Are Coming on 1st May
They’ve been long-rumoured but a Muppets-themed LEGO Minifigures series is finally coming to stores from Sunday 1st May. The series contains 12 minifigures and, as always, they’ll be available in blind bags.
If you’re a fan of the Muppets – or simply fondly remember them from your childhood – this is a series you may want to add to your collection. The most famous faces are in there, such as Kermit, Gonzo, and Miss Piggy, and they all look excellent.
The series includes:
- Animal
- Beaker
- Dr. Bunsen Honeydew
- Fozzie Bear
- Gonzo
- Janice
- Kermit the Frog
- Miss Piggy
- Rowlf the Dog
- Statler
- The Swedish Chef
- Waldorf
For the first time, along with buying a single blind bag, you’ll be able to buy a special box of six. It’s no cheaper, working out at the same price, but ideal for those who want to buy multiple packets. We’re not sure if the boxes guarantee six different minifigures, or if each one contains six random bags, with the usual chance of multiples.
If you live near a physical LEGO store and fancy a full set, we’d recommend going in and talking to an assistant. Most stores are happy to sell you a full set so you don’t have to worry about duplicates.
